We pride ourselves on practicing standard of care dentistry and using the most advanced dental technologies while avoiding costly and sometimes gimmicky equipment that unnecessarily raise the cost of care.
All of our root canals are preformed under a Zeiss Surgical Microscope; microscope dentistry is the Standard of Care for endodontic therapy and we suspect we are the only General Dental office in Ithaca currently utilizing such technology.
We provide a truly generalized approach to care, offering a full range of dental services while at the same time employing the care of specialists as needed. While many offices do not like referring patients to specialists in an effort to increase profits.
We understand that the specific and advanced training the specialists receive are vital in some cases to get the most desired results. We are one of Ithaca’s oldest practices with a reputation that spans back three generations of Ithacan Dentists.
We are proud of this reputation and will continue to work hard to maintain it. In addition, we have a convenient location with ample parking for patients and offer 24 hour care for patients of record with direct access to the Doctor if needed; it is not uncommon for Dr. Zobel to see patients after hours for emergencies when needed. We work with nearly all insurances and are very good at maximizing those benefits.
